Gorgeous place best for everything like Relaxing, sigh seeing, skydiving, picnics and more. The very highlights is the Cassowary hunting for food on the shoreline. Rod Leonard a local Queenslander introduced this place to his mate Nick Dean from USA who loves photography he came to visit last year month of November for 6 day's and he went twice at this place. and there he goes!!

Very relaxing. Netted swimming area for safer swimming. It is not recommended you swim outside the nets due to the wildlife in the far north. 99% of the times I've been there I've seen a cassowary along the beach. Don't approach them though. And definitely don't feed them. They can be a bit unpredictable in their behavior.
